everyone deserves a place in the fast-paced, team-driven world of motorsport.

All Access Motorsport (AAM) is an Australian not-for-profit initiative dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating genuine pathways for people with disability to participate in motorsport not only as spectators, but as valued, active contributors within real race teams and events.

AAM was founded on a simple belief: motorsport should be accessible to everyone, at every level of ability. While racing has traditionally been seen as a high-performance, high-barrier environment, All Access Motorsport is changing that narrative by developing inclusive, safe, and practical models that allow people of all capabilities to be involved across team operations, pit-lane roles, event support, and community engagement.

Through structured pilot programs, partnerships with race teams and venues, and a strong focus on safety and inclusion, AAM works to create repeatable frameworks that make participation possible in ways that are meaningful, dignified, and empowering. The organisation blends motorsport passion with disability inclusion expertise, ensuring that opportunities are not tokenistic, but truly integrated within the racing environment.

Beyond the track, All Access Motorsport aims to shift perceptions showing that with the right supports, adaptive approaches, and inclusive thinking, motorsport can become a space where diversity is celebrated and new talent, perspectives, and community connections thrive.

At its core, AAM is about access, belonging, and possibility, proving that everyone deserves a place in the fast-paced, team-driven world of motorsport.
