Garage & pit crew
Tyres, tools, fluids, pushing the car to the grid and the hundred small jobs between sessions. Hands on, beside the mechanics.
We put people living with disability in the garage and on pit lane as part of the crew, working alongside the drivers and mechanics of Queensland Excel racing.
All Access Motorsport creates genuine pathways for people with disability to take part in motorsport. Not only as spectators, but as valued, active members of real race teams.
We were founded on a simple belief: motorsport should be accessible to everyone, at every level of ability. Racing has long been seen as a high-performance, high-barrier world. We're changing that with safe, practical ways for people of all capabilities to get involved in team operations, pit-lane roles, event support and community engagement.
We blend motorsport passion with disability inclusion expertise, so every opportunity is properly part of the racing environment. And beyond the track, we want to shift perceptions: with the right supports and a little inclusive thinking, motorsport becomes a place where diversity is celebrated and new talent thrives.
All Access Motorsport is a registered Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). Click here to learn more about why this is important.
Everyone deserves a place in the fast-paced, team-driven world of motorsport. Our mission
With the right supports, adaptive approaches and inclusive thinking, motorsport can be a place where diversity is celebrated and new talent, perspectives and community connections thrive.
The ideas that guide who we partner with, how we design roles and what we measure.
Removing the physical, financial and social barriers that keep people out of pit lane.
Being a real member of the crew, trusted with real work on a real race weekend.
Showing the sport, and ourselves, what happens when the door is open.
Racing is a team sport. The driver gets the trophy, but races are won in the garage, on the timing screens and in pit lane. We match people to real jobs in a working race team, train them and back them with experienced crew on every race weekend.

Tyres, tools, fluids, pushing the car to the grid and the hundred small jobs between sessions. Hands on, beside the mechanics.

Logging lap times and sector splits, reading the data with the driver and helping the team find the next tenth.

Photos, video and words from the weekend. The stories our partners, supporters and community follow online.
Every role is a job the team needs done, with training and support built in.
Non-driving roles, always supervised, risk assessed and insured.
Whatever your ability or experience, there's a place for you in the team.
From first hello to race morning, here's what joining the team looks like.
Get in touch and tell us a little about yourself, your interests and the support you need.
Visit the workshop, meet the team and find the role that suits you best.
Join us trackside with an experienced crew member beside you the whole time.
Come back, build your skills and take on more as your confidence grows.
We initially chose Hyundai Excel racing because it's one of the most affordable ways to go circuit racing in Australia, and its paddock runs on mates helping mates. That made it the right place to open the garage door. With this in mind, whilst we're auctioning our Excel and all proceeds are going to the charity, we have acquired a BMW production car which will offer the same benefits with increased accessibility for passengers and crew.
Every contribution goes straight into getting people to the track: race preparation, safety gear, supervision and insurance. We're a Deductible Gift Recipient, so gifts of $2 or more are tax deductible.
